Shop Policies

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE CORRECT SHIPPING & CONTACT INFO.
  • If you've made a mistake & have not yet received a shipping notification, please email the shop immediately through our contact form (found at the top of the page) with the correct information. Please be sure to provide your order number, name, & what products were purchased.

ONCE ORDER IS SHIPPED OUT, IT IS OUT OF MY CONTROL. 
  • While I would love to be able to fetch back an order should it stray from its intended path, there is unfortunately nothing I can do from my end once it leaves my hands. 
  • All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS), & every order receives an individual tracking number. You will receive this tracking number through an email once the shipping label is created. If you don't receive this shipping notification within one week (seven days) of placing your order, you may contact the shop using the aforementioned contact form. (Please be sure to check your spam folder before doing this!)

RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED & REFUNDS NOT GIVEN UNLESS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
  1. Order was never received & confirmed lost through USPS tracking/
  2. Order was damaged beyond use. (You will be asked to provide photographic evidence.)
If either is the case, please contact me within 30 days of your order, providing all pertinent information, & we will discuss the best course of action—be that a replacement item, or a refund. Please be advised that I will not accept requests for either if 30 days have already elapsed.
